Zimba, also called the "Matterhorn of Vorarlberg", has been on my wishlist for several
years, and for a couple of decades!! on Maria's, until we decided to climb it together.
The W-ridge is 350m from the col (Zimbajoch) to the summit. It is not particulary difficult
(III+ on the Sohmplatte, rest II-III) but has a nice alpine ambiente. A must-do in the Ländle.
